PRESERVATION METHODS

Piz' Wich is a frozen food product that must be preserved by any of the following methods:

• Keep for 24 hours in the refrigerator,
• 3 days in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator, or
• In a freezer at -18°C until the date indicated on the package.

 

COOKING

To get quick and crusty Piz' Wich, we recommend the following method:

• Take your Piz' Wich out of the freezer and remove packing and protective film,
• Defreeze the product in microwave oven at 750W setting for 1 min (adjust time according to your appliance's power),
• Then heat it in a toaster at maximum temperature for 3 min (3 min is an average, depending on toaster's power).
• You can now enjoy your Piz' Wich from its box.

Alternatively, you may use a more traditional cooking method:

• Pre-heat your cooking oven at 210-230°C for 15 min (Thermostat at 7/8),
• Take your Piz' Wich out of the freezer and remove packing and protective film,
• Then put your Piz' \/Vich in the oven at middle height on a grid for about 12 min.
